Application Process: Step-1: Login with your registered Mobile Number and Password. Step-2: On the Application page, fill in all the required details and upload the relevant documents. Step-3: Then click on the declaration form and click on &quot;Submit&quot;. Step-4: Once all details are filled in correctly, click on &quot;Print Application&quot; to get a copy of the application form.
