The “Seed Grant” scheme is implemented by Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, under the Department of Agriculture, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to support farmers by providing seeds at a 15% subsidy during Kisan Melas through direct distribution to them.
