1. Applicant should be registered in any district of the state.
2. If applicant received from any other parallel scheme of the State Government, then applicant is not eligible for this scheme.
3. Beneficiaries aged between 18 years to 60 years will be eligible under the scheme.

   2. Select Service : "Asangathit Shramik Panjikaran"
   3. What do you want to do : "Aavedan"
   4. Click next.

2. Check the eligibility criteria for registration in Chhattisgarh Unorganized Workers State Social Security Board and click next.

3. Fill out the online "Registration form".

4. Submit.

Already Registered Applicant :
